There was a delay in delivery, but that was more to do with the postal service. Customer service was excellent and very helpful. I ordered the dress. Firstly the care and consideration of the wrapping was phenomenal... I have never received such a well wrapped item in the past! The item itself is beautifully made. The material is 'very good quality'. It is gorgeous. I am a size 10 and the medium fits me perfectly, roomy but does not drown me. Love it!!!
