Shipping & Returns

We want every Lian order to arrive beautifully and on time. If something isn't right, we're here to make it better.

 

Shipping

United Kingdom

        Free standard shipping on all UK orders

        Standard delivery: 3–5 business days

        Express delivery available at checkout: 1–2 business days

        Orders placed before 1pm GMT are dispatched the same day (Monday–Friday)

 

International

        Europe: 5–10 business days

        USA & Canada: 7–12 business days

        Rest of World: 10–15 business days

        International shipping rates calculated at checkout

        Import duties and taxes may apply — these are the responsibility of the recipient

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order at any time via the link in your email or through the Track Your Order page on our website.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

        Returns or exchanges can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order

        Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging

        Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect

How to Make a Return or Exchange

1.     Email us at ukstellarsilk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange

2.     Securely package the item, including your order confirmation or receipt

3.     Ship the item back using a trackable delivery method

4.     Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days

 

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items that have been used, washed, or altered — unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

 

 

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

We sincerely apologise if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:

Once confirmed, we will provide a full refund, exchange, or replacement and cover all associated shipping costs.
